chopped<\/li>\n<li>250gms pumpkin, peeled &amp; chopped<\/li>\n<li>125gms kumera (orange sweet potato) peeled &amp; chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 large carrot, peeled &amp; chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion, peeled &amp; chopped<\/li>\n<li>50gms butter<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp curry powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tomato, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup peas (frozen as they cook faster)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil potato, pumpkin, kumera and carrot until just tender, drain.<\/li>\n<li>Saute the onion in the butter until soft,\u00a0add curry powder,\u00a0stir through,\u00a0and\u00a0saute 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Add vegetables to the pan and add a little water and toss through.<\/li>\n<li>Add tomato and peas, and cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Place in partly cooked pie shells, and sprinkle with grated tasty cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Place in\u00a0a moderate\u00a0oven until the cheese is melted&#8230;.yummo!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pastry &#8211;
