(see note)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\u00bd tbsp raw sugar<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Preheat oven to 200\u00b0 C\/180\u00b0 C fan forced.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Grease a 20cm round cake pan, and line the bottom with baking paper.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Sift flour and \u00bc tsp cinnamon into a bowl, add sugar.\u00a0 Stir to combine.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Make a well in the centre, add butter, buttermilk,, egg and vanilla.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Using a large metal spoon, stir gently to combine, fold through raspberries and rhubarb.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Spoon the mixture into prepared cake pan.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Combine remaining cinnamon and raw sugar in a bowl, sprinkle over the mixture.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked inside.
