when you serve it to your guests and friends, enjoy!\u00a0 \u2665\u2665\u2665<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g green prawns &#8211; shelled &amp; deveined<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp fish sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 green chilli &#8211; chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic &#8211; crushed<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp turmeric<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp white pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp chopped coriander &#8211; roots and leaves<\/li>\n<li>3 spring onions (shallots) &#8211; finely sliced<\/li>\n<li>Plain flour for dusting as you fry<\/li>\n<li>1 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place prawns, fish sauce, chilli, garlic, turmeric, pepper and coriander in a food processor and process to as paste.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in spring onions.<\/li>\n<li>Shape prawn mixture into little balls, 3cm in size, and roll in flour to coat lightly.<\/li>\n<li>Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan until hot.<\/li>\n<li>Add prawns and shallow fry until golden.<\/li>\n<li>Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with dipping sauce and toothpicks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em><strong>Coriander dipping Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 large chillies &#8211;
