{"id":126,"date":"2016-07-06T15:35:03","date_gmt":"2016-07-06T05:35:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/monreale.gurfle.net\/?p=126"},"modified":"2021-03-10T16:48:56","modified_gmt":"2021-03-10T05:48:56","slug":"passionfruit-melting-moments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/monrealescookinginspirations.com\/index.php\/2016\/07\/06\/passionfruit-melting-moments\/","title":{"rendered":"Passionfruit melting moments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">These delicious little \u00a0morsels of sweetness are hard to put down and everyone will want more \u2665\u2665\u2665<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-37 alignright\" style=\"margin: 0.5em 0px 0.5em 1em; outline: #72777c solid 1px; height: 333px; max-width: 100%; float: right;\" src=\"https:\/\/monrealescookinginspirations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Passionfruit-melting-moments-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Passionfruit melting moments\" width=\"333\" height=\"120\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients:-<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 passionfruit<\/li>\n<li>250g unsalted \u00a0butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup icing sugar mixture<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00b2\u2044\u00b3\u00a0cups plain flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup cornflour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Passionfruit butter cream:-<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80g butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>\u00b2\u2044\u00b3 cup icing sugar mixture<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp reserved passionfruit juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Method:-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to moderately low<\/li>\n<li>Remove pulp from passionfruit, place pulp into a fine sieve and press down with the back of a spoon. \u00a0You will need to reserve one tablespoon of the juice for the passionfruit butter cream.<\/li>\n<li>Beat butter, vanilla and sifted icing sugar with an electric mixer until pale. \u00a0Stir in combined sifted flours in two batches, then stir in the passionfruit pulp.<\/li>\n<li>With lightly floured hands, roll two level teaspoons of mixture into balls, place on baking paper lined oven trays about 3cm apart.
